Favorites & Saving Content

The heart icon on posts isn't a public "like" - it's a way to save content for later. When you click the heart icon on a post, you're adding it to your personal favorites collection. Favorites help you save posts you want to revisit, and they also help LavishMade curate your feed with content you're interested in.

How Favorites Work

Unlike traditional social media "likes," favorites in LavishMade are:

  • Private: Only you can see what you've favorited - it's not a public action
  • For Saving: Think of favorites as bookmarks to save posts you want to revisit
  • Feed Curation: Favoriting tags and categories helps personalize your feed
  • Personal Collection: Build your own curated collection of content you love

How to Favorite a Post

  1. Find a post you want to save
  2. Click or tap the heart icon on the post
  3. The heart will fill in with gold to show it's been favorited
  4. Click it again to unfavorite and remove it from your collection

You can favorite posts, blog posts, deep dives, photos, and more. All your favorites are saved in one place.

  • Discover New Creators: See content from users you don't follow if it matches your favorited tags/interests
