Before all the rest, there was. HEATHERS. So brilliant. What’s your damage man?

Reached over 90 workouts in 23 weeks since starting this whole ‘don’t die super young’ thing. I had a rough couple of weeks doing the bare minimum and really had to talk myself into working out today. I’m really glad I did. My legs are on fire but my mood is already brighter. Proud of myself, especially when I feel like I’m ‘failing’. Just trying to remember this is a forever thing, not an -until I reach my goal weight- thing. Let’s get to 100!! @joinladder

Ellie’s first day of seventh grade!!! She let me do her hair, I can tell she’s so excited but slightly nervous. I’m so glad she has good friends joining her at the new school. The vibe on her new campus is so great. I hope our kids have a safe and exciting first year of middle school.

I’ve been waiting since I was a teenager to watch this one! So excited.

Grady Hendrix really knows how to get under my skin. 😰
