Reached over 90 workouts in 23 weeks since starting this whole ‘don’t die super young’ thing. I had a rough couple of weeks doing the bare minimum and really had to talk myself into working out today. I’m really glad I did. My legs are on fire but my mood is already brighter. Proud of myself, especially when I feel like I’m ‘failing’. Just trying to remember this is a forever thing, not an -until I reach my goal weight- thing. Let’s get to 100!! @joinladder
