My little punk rock baby starts middle school in two weeks. What even is that? I remember starting 7th grade and being so nervous and wanting to seem all grown up. I hope this year is absolutely incredible for her. She deserves all the amazing things.
It's self care day....which means I'll be sitting with a hair-mask in my hair for two hours. What is your favorite self care ritual you have? How do you make yourself feel "reset"? Do you make a point to always have a fresh set of nails every week? Do you live in skin care world? I think it's important to commit time to your mind and body every week. It forces you to slow down and put you in the mindset of "I can do this". Let me know in the comments!

I haven’t bought a coloring book in almost 20 years…I think I’m into it. #hardcore #monday
Overnight shoots are exhausting and challenging but they're always so much fun. We filmed in a beautiful old home, and even though I was so happy to wrap I was reminded to take it all in. That sunrise was beautiful. I'm trying to carry that into tonights 3am call time. A little more rest, a little more presence. Thank you @Emily Richardson for being the best set medic!! And for helping me stay grounded and hydrated.
