The “ber” months are here. I’m looking forward to cold weather, new adventures, & the holidays. I can’t believe it’s almost Halloween! This year has flown by so ridiculously fast. I’m setting up the next few months to focus on the following - Slow living - Making a point to wake up early - Having at least one get together or dinner with friends a week - Enjoying outside time - Remembering to have music playing at most points of the day - and lastly, focusing on the little things. ⫷ What makes me happy? what improves the space around me? what can I do for others to make them feel their best?, what things can I do in the present that would impact my future positively?, what do I have control over right now in the present? ⫸ Q: What are your goals through the “ber” months?

I've been focusing on something very very similar. My goal is simply to slow down. Make sure everything i'm working on helps fill me up in some way. It's less important to get a "lot" done and more important to feel proud and fulfilled in all I'm doing.
They are VERY different, and I tend to often intertwine them. Getting a lot done vs getting the things done that mean a lot to me. Perspective is key here I think. Slowing down is so important. Especially now that it’s the ber months I think our brains and souls will feel calmer and be more effortless. Because reverse seasonal depression is ABSOLUTELY a thing.
