This is a question I remember reading in a Klosterman book somewhere, but I can't for the life of me find the source.... anyway here is the question... You get to go back in time and leave yourself a small message. You can't reveal future events, no warnings, no spoilers.. you just write a small message to yourself. What do you say?

I've been reading Benjamin, Adorno, and Horkheimer, and the more I do the more I realize how much of what they're saying comes from conversations with the thinkers before them. It feels like walking into a room where everyone’s already mid conversation. This deep dive is my way of tracing those voices backward.
