I have one shift left on my cardiac ICU contract in Tulsa and I’ve learned a lot in these last 13 weeks. #1. I’m tired and I’m judging three month younger me for this decision. #2. I’m actually quite smart and great under pressure, but also- #3. I need a nap, don’t anyone ask me what a cardiac index is, or a ficks calculation components, or what cm marking the swan is at, or what my patient’s admission weight in kg was. I’d like to do brain rot things for the next three months in contrast. That is all. Side note- these decomposition notebooks are rad and I’d like all the colors please.
