Baking all the sourdough loaves today. I’ve made 12 loaves in total: 4 jalapeño & cheddar, 4 Italian and 4 original. I’ve been reading up on the prebiotics in sourdough and how it’s much more easily digestible. As someone with a gluten sensitivity, I’ve been able to consume the is bread with no side effects. There is so much joy to be had in the process!
