I first stumbled upon this book while reading another book.... I can't recall now which book, but it was likely Lurkers. This book felt like and was an inside view of early facebook. The early excitement someone feels around a startup... i've been there... and the hope that you might change the world. It also takes on how those technologies are shaped by the culture of the people building it.
