If I had to pick one, I'd say radical acceptance. This book took me down the Stoicism rabbit hole to really understand the tenants of the philosophy. I think a strict adhearance would be an unhealthy way to live, but there are some great things that come from it that are popular today, one of them being radical acceptance. Another great one (that I haven't finished yet) is Meditations by Marcus Aurelius. It was a private journal, not meant for publication, so it's a raw rugged display of a man battling his demons pushing himself toward disicpline, balance, and self-reliance.
I've read meditations twice now. Its such a good book... but its one of those types of books that you really need to chew on and consider what it means to you... the context in which it was written etc. I am probably going to dive back into that one again towards the end of the year. That's usually when i read it.
