I have one shift left on my cardiac ICU contract in Tulsa and I’ve learned a lot in these last 13 weeks.
#1. I’m tired and I’m judging three month younger me for this decision.
#2. I’m actually quite smart and great under pressure, but also-
#3. I need a nap, don’t anyone ask me what a cardiac index is, or a ficks calculation components, or what cm marking the swan is at, or what my patient’s admission weight in kg was.
I’d like to do brain rot things for the next three months in contrast.
That is all.
Side note- these decomposition notebooks are rad and I’d like all the colors please.

Question of ethics and my philosophical thought of yesterday evening: Is it better to live by-
1.) “always eat pasta in your PJ’s” because you are proving to yourself life is about welcoming pasta stains because enjoying your pasta is more important while also being comfortable.
2.) “never have pasta in your pjs” because why compromise your pj’s or the ability to sloppily eat pasta Let me know
Did I just invent chocolate milk lattes? Or is that a thing? @Jolie Elizabeth Scalfano need my barista babe to let me know if I just did something here 😂
To everyone who joined I just wanted to say… were a small group here, but were trying something beautiful. This isn’t about going viral or getting big fast. It’s about making something worth coming back to. I believe this place will grow, not because we force it, but because people like you are here.
Capturing the Magic Behind the Lens When people see the final photos from a session, they often just see the polished, perfect moments—but behind every image, there’s a story. This photo is a perfect example of what goes into creating those special memories. It’s me, out in the woods, following the light as the sun sets, crouching, angling, and doing whatever it takes to get the perfect shot. I’m not just clicking a button—I’m watching for genuine smiles, finding the right light through the trees, and making sure my client feels confident and beautiful in front of the camera. Photography isn’t just about taking a picture—it’s about creating an experience. It’s about walking through uneven roots, scouting the best spots, and noticing the smallest details that will make the final photo magical. This is what I love most about photography: turning a simple moment, like standing in the woods at sunset, into a memory that will last forever.
