This film is not great by any stretch of the imagination, but it's got this autumnal aesthetic that I absolutely long for in movies. While more of a drama than horror it's still something I enjoy playing to get into the Halloween spirit. Oklahoma doesn't usually do a good job of making it possible, but if I keep my house cold enough... light enough fall candles and turn on these types of films... it's close.

Woke up this morning to a chilly and gloomy day! I took Aubrey to the park for a playdate, and then we came home to make cinnamon pancakes. We’re now on the way to get PSL’s and stop by Spirit Halloween. We might throw in some Goodwill trips too! @Emily Richardson & @Jeff Richardson wish y’all were with us! We need to have a double date Halloween day soon! 🥳🎃
