🔶🟩 I LOVED THIS 🟨 🔷 I claimed a free admission to OKC Museum of Art this afternoon (which you can do every 2nd Sunday) to see the new and very comprehensive #PaulReed retrospective. What a career! Here are just a few major pieces in the collection that I also happen to dig a lot. Fav of the bunch is probably the diamond-esque shaped canvas painted in pink/red/yellow. This is actually 3 different canvases pushed together, and they aren't where you'd think. One of the seeming borders is actually a painted line. Amazing study in perspective. Go see it if you can! There's also a great companion exhibit on the #WashingtonColorSchool movement. (Not to be confused with the #WashingtonColonSchool which is my new band name.)
