Moving on to the next fall book choice. The cover of this one immediately caught my attention. Ghosts, seances and a mother/daughter clairvoyant team. I’m SAT.
I’ve been SO excited to read this. It’s perfect for spooky season. I checked it out on Libby, I love the library!! It makes it easier for us poor book lovers to read new releases 🤣🍂🍁🫶🏼
The middle of the night is my favorite me time. Reading my new book of poetry, and brewing some coffee. Cozy on the couch with the world silenced around me.
Does anyone else jump from book to book?
Figured this would be a great time to finally read this classic now that spooky season is upon us.
Currently reading this one. Lots of creeping dread and an unimaginably cruel father figure. It's like Nebraska gothic with lots of foxes, something supernatural, and the sense that no one in this story is going to get out unscathed and also maybe that's okay because I can't decide if I like any of them hahahaha
The first city in Invisible Cities feels like a fall evening. Beautiful, yet at the same moment heavy with nostalgia, carrying the quiet pang of hope and sadness.
A cozy fall book about murder and uneven power dynamics.
Chewing through this…. One sentence at a time. Has anyone else read this?

I shared a little bit about my favorite book ( series ) on the blog 🐦⬛🔮✨
There’s something magical about classic literature. They wrote, not just to tell a story, but to show a story.
Wrapping this one up today…
This is so good!

This book was so good! I'm ready to watch the movie now.
prepping for a trip next week that will include some of the filming locations for No Country for Old Men, so giving it a reread
I think now is as good a time as any for young men to read this book.
@Emily Richardson and I read this on the way home from our family vacation. Its a short read, but a beautiful and heartbreaking and hopeful story. I highly recommend it.
