Deep Dives just got a whole lot deeper

Deep Dives are becoming the place for anything you care about, on LavishMade or anywhere else.

TL;DR

  • Save anything from the web with our new Google web plugin.
  • Favorites are now Deep Dives.
  • Tags now work on Deep Dive items.
  • We overhauled the deep dive default view and item creation process.
  • Everything on the site Posts, blog posts and more can be saved to a deep dive. And if it’s on LavishMade, you can save it to a Deep Dive.

This is just the start. We have plans and we want to hear from you.

Talk to us

In the best sci-fi, you know the future is coming by the subtext. So here’s some of ours:

Making is messy. Sharing is messy. Saving and organizing is messy. Heck, even deciding what to do is messy. Deep Dives are where your process can take a breath. Because a messy process is a beautiful thing. And the messier the process, the more you want to wrangle it. Deep dives can be that wrangling.

The hope

The more time you spend on LavishMade, the more we think you spend time on there because it’s home. You like it, it works, you have a routine. If Deep Dives were a person, they’d be the nerdy, hyperactive neighbor kid who just shows up one day and turns your perfectly curated life into the portal to your wildest dreams. Every time you save something, a new door opens. You get to explore and connect every piece of your world on your own terms.

If you try the new deep dive workflow, please let us know what feels good and what feels clunky.
